DOUGH MAKE-UP EQUIPMENT
Intermediate Dough Hoppers are manufactured in 250, 350 and 450 liter
capacities where it feeds uniform quantities of dough in dough make up
equipment. The hopper is teflon coated inside and is completely made
of stainless steel. The hopper has a pneumatically operated, stainless
steel and teflon coated portioning knife. With help of a sensor the
maximum dough level at divider is automatically controlled.
Dough dividers are produced in industrial and semi industrial ranges.
Industrial dough dividers can run up to 9.000 pieces/hour where semi
industrial ones can go up to 6.000 peices/hour. The capacities are
depending on the dough weight and the ype of the machine.
Conical rounders are made of special cast iron and completely teflon
coated. Can reach up to 4.500 pieces/hour capacity and the rounding
tracks are adjusted manually by a central adjustment wheel. Conical
rounders can be equiped with air blowing unit and flour duster.
Intermediate proofers are manufactured according to the production
capacity and first proofing time. The dough cups are made of antistick
plastic material, the dough transfer guides are teflon coated and frame
is made of stainless steel. At the outfeed of the proofer an unloading
conveyor is installed to be able to feed dough pieces to the dough
Dough Moulders are also produced in industrial and semi industrial
ranges. Industrial dough moulders can run up to 4.000 pieces/hour
where semi industrial ones can go up to 2.500 peices/hour. The dough
moulders are equiped with infeed conveyor and cental adjustment rollers.
Depending on the moulding type, the moulder can be equiped with
single or double pressure board to ensure perfect moulding result.
The make up conveyor is produced specially for moulding buns and
finger rolls. It is designed to run with dough weights between 40 – 150
grams with a capacity of 3.500 pieces/hour. This make up line is designed
to work in combination with single or two pocket divider rounders .
